Program Rules

To encourage frank and open discussion and the sharing of information, the Center’s programs are governed by the following rules, which were developed by the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement at New York University School of Law: Participants are free to use the information received, but all content received at the event is not for attribution, in whole or in part. Specifically, neither the identity of the person who makes a comment nor their affiliation (including whether they are a government or private-sector employee) may be revealed. The Center does not videotape or otherwise record an event (or any segment of an event) done under this rule, unless otherwise noted in the program. The information about the program contained in this invitation, including a list of speakers, is posted on the Center’s website. In addition, the Center takes photographs of speakers and attendees at this event, which are included on the Center’s website.
